We will start our journey together with a detail planning consultation where we explore your inspiration, your vendor contracts and your to-do list. From this meeting, we will help coordinate and organize all the moving pieces that are left to be done before your wedding day. We will help create and review your wedding day timeline, check for any noted details in vendor contracts that might have been missed along the way, and create a inventory of personal items to be used throughout your wedding day.

Once your wedding week arrives, we will be there to direct your rehearsal and ceremony, place all your personal items and style your reception area as needed with the help of other hired vendors, and put simply - be your hands and feet on your big day so that you, your family and friends can enjoy the day you have spent so much time creating!

We assist with room layouts, guest seating design, guest flow, timeline management, decor and florals, vendor coordination and liaison duties among other things on your wedding day.

These packages are designed to be executed up to 3 months prior to your wedding date and our clients typically invest between $750 - $1250 for these services.
